Say which project it is about, what you did and what you saw; a screenshot helps. Never send a payment provider's key or a password: we never need one to help, and we will never ask.

Connecting a payment provider

The owner connects providers under Projects and payments, with a read-only key where the provider has one. Each provider's steps, and which permissions to give the key, are on Integrations. A first read goes three years back and can take a few minutes. If a provider shows a problem, a new key fixes most of them.

No visitors showing

Check that the project's tracking line is in the <head> of every page; the Visitors page says when it last received a visit. Browsers that say they are bots are not counted, and some ad blockers stop the line, so the count can be lower than a server log's.

A number looks different from my provider's

Sumly shows money in euros at the European Central Bank's rate of each payment's day, and net after the provider's fees. MRR counts subscriptions past their trial that are not set to cancel; a subscription set to cancel has already left it. Your provider may count these differently.

ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants

Connect one with the address on ChatGPT and Claude (MCP): sign in to Sumly from the assistant and press Allow. It sees only the projects you see, and changes something only after you confirm it in the chat. Disconnect it any time under your avatar › Connect an assistant.

Deleting your data

Disconnecting a provider deletes its key and everything read with it. To delete your whole account, write to us and we do it the same day. The privacy page says what we keep and for how long; the terms say what we promise.

A security problem

Write to us with "Security" in the subject and what you found. Please give us time to fix it before telling anyone else.
