A mobile SDK for React Native and Expo, coming soon
We are rebuilding the app SDK, React Native and Expo first, and trying it in our own apps before you get it. Until then, your app's server can send the same screens through the server API.

What it is for
Mobile SDK next to every other project and provider, on the same pages.
App users
Who is in your app each day, on which platform and from where.
Screens and events next to your website's visitors, with funnels and paths.
Screens and purchases, one person
The SDK will name the person by RevenueCat's app user id, as the server API does, so their screens and their purchases meet. Until it ships, send that id with your events from the server.
How attribution works →Counts toward your plan
Each screen Sumly keeps will count toward your plan's visits, like a page view. Events will not. Plans →
What you don't get
Nothing yet: the SDK is not out. No advertising id and no tracking across apps when it is.
The details
What it is meant to send
- Screens and events, in the same shape as the server API
- The person as RevenueCat knows them: the app user id
- Platform, app version and country
Good to know
- Not available yet, and there is no date: it ships once it has run in our own apps.
- React Native and Expo come first. iOS and Android follow.
- Today, the server API takes the same events from your app's backend.
Mobile SDK questions
When is it out?
When it has run in our own apps, first AstroChart in React Native. There is no date.
What do I use until then?
The server API: your app's backend sends screens and events with the same user id as RevenueCat. Revenue already comes from RevenueCat, the App Store or Google Play.
Will it need App Tracking Transparency?
It is not meant to: it will use no advertising id and will not follow people across apps.
