One account, each company on its own
Each project under its company
The project picker groups your projects by company. Pick all of them, one company or one project: MRR, revenue, profit, costs, visitors, ROI and mentions follow, and so does the CSV export.
Costs where they belong
A project's costs count under its company. A cost its company's projects share can name that company; one shared by every project counts only in the total, so no firm carries another's server.
A package per company
Each company gets its own monthly package for its accountant: its own zip name, language, accountant addresses, mail text, sending on the 6th or not, and its own invoices address.
The team, by company
Let someone in to every project, to whole companies (their projects now and later) or to chosen projects, as Viewer, Member or Admin. A team is on Growth, up to ten people besides you.
The accountant sees only the package
Give your accountant the Accountant role and their companies: they see that company's monthly reports, download them, add invoices and mark a month as handled. No other number.
Ask knows the companies
Ask, on the site, answers for one company or for all of them: which firm made what this month, after its costs.
The picker, by company
All your projects at the top, then each company with its own. A whole company is one pick, and every page, export and chart follows it.

- AdminEverything the owner does but the plan and billing, on every project.

Questions about several businesses
Do I need a plan per company?
No. One sign-in and one plan for the workspace, with as many companies in it as you have.
Can a project belong to two companies?
No, to one at most. A project with no company still counts in the total and has its own place in the picker.
What changes if I never add a company?
Nothing. Companies are there only once you add one, under Account › Companies.
What about costs shared by all my businesses?
They count in the total, not under a company, since they cannot be split fairly by themselves. When one company pays, name it on the cost.
Can my accountant see my revenue?
Only what is in the monthly packages of the companies you gave them. Every other page sends them back to Monthly reports, and the assistant and the app refuse them.
